User Agreement
The terms you accept when you use Bonbon — who may use the Service, how to behave on it, and who is responsible for what.
I. Core Basic Principles
User Eligibility
You must be an adult. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only under the guidance of a legal guardian.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and must properly safeguard your account credentials (including username and password).
Agreement Modifications
Bonbon reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time as needed. Notifications of modifications will be delivered via App push notifications, website announcements, or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
II. User Conduct Guidelines
(Highly Important!)
This section outlines prohibited behaviors when using Bonbon. Violations may result in penalties including warnings, feature restrictions, or account termination. Prohibited content and behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Violating Laws and Regulations: Publishing or distributing content that violates applicable local laws, or administrative regulations.
- Endangering National Security: Publishing or distributing content that endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity.
- Undermining Social Stability: Publishing content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermines ethnic solidarity, violates national religious policies, promotes cults, or spreads feudal superstition.
- Pornographic and Vulgar Content: Publishing or distributing obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terrifying, or crime-inciting content.
- Child Safety and Protection: Bonbon strictly prohibits any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. This includes but is not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behaviors, and any content that sexualizes individuals under the age of 18. Violations will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities and national tip lines. Users may report such content through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting our dedicated child safety team at: [[email protected]].
- Insult and Defamation: Publicly insulting others, fabricating facts to defame others, or engaging in personal attacks.
- Infringing on Rights: Infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests such as portrait rights, privacy rights, or trade secrets.
- False Information: Publishing false, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or threatening information.
- Spam and Advertising: Publishing any form of advertising or promotional content without prior authorization.
- Virtual Currency and Transactions: Using the Platform's functions for illegal fund-raising, financial fraud, or any unauthorized commercial activities.
- Illegal offline transactions: Any offline transactions prohibited by local regulations.
- Interfering with Services: Using any technical means (such as plug-ins, bots, or crawlers) to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of Bonbon.
III. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Bonbon Platform (including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of Bonbon or its affiliated companies. When uploading or publishing content, you must ensure that you own the intellectual property rights to such content or have obtained valid authorization. You grant Bonbon a global, free, and irrevocable license to use, distribute, reproduce, and modify the content you publish on the Platform.
IV. Disclaimer
This Agreement includes standard disclaimer clauses, such as:
- Bonbon provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Bonbon shall not be liable for any disputes or losses arising from user interactions, communications, transactions, or similar activities between users, but will provide necessary assistance (such as providing information to relevant authorities in accordance with the law).
- Bonbon shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events (such as hacking attacks, government regulations, etc.).
VI. Legal Liability
If you violate the provisions of this Agreement and cause losses to Bonbon or third parties, you shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
